A firm favourite at The Edge, our Fit Camp is a conditioning circuit class that combines body-weight and loaded movements that will be familiar to both regular gym users and newbies alike with the aim to get stronger, fitter and burn fat! Morning sessions are 30 minutes with evenings being 45!
